I have recently bought a Dell Studio 1537 Laptop, its working very nice. After buying i have installed its window again and also all of the drivers. But with Bluetooth i am facing the problem. Bluetooth driver not getting installed, every time when i am going to install the driver a window containing message(Activate Bluetooth using Fn+F2 or Radio On/Off Switch) with cancel installation button appears. I don't know what have to do as i don't know how to activate. There is switch at the left corner i also make it On and Off but all in vain same message appear again and again.

it has several inspirons and studios listed, but no studio 1737. upon closer examination, the driver is listed as for an inspiron 1737, and not a studio 1737.even though i found it searching for a studio 1737. now i went to the dell site and found and downloaded the driver for a 1737, but after i got it unzipped, it goes out to search for updates, and a dialogue box tells me that this upgrade will not work w my system.my only choice is to say ok at this point, and when i do the install seems to be aborted. still no icon by the clock, no recognition of devices.

The Dell Bluetooth Travel mouse now works! Additionally this BIOS revision fixed the problems with the wireless button on the side of the laptop. Wi-Fi card, Sound card, bluetooth, SD-card reader, cd drive etc. After installing this revision bluetooth showed up in device manager, the BTTray.exe icon appeared in my system tray. This notebook came with A07, and the update on Dell released febuary 2009 was A08. I noticed that there was a bios revision. The Dell Studio 1537 laptops come with a built in Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth Mini-card. the bluetooth in windows was still not functioning or getting detected in device manager. When I say bluetooth, I mean the bluetooth light on the laptop. However if you close the laptop lid and put it to sleep then wake it up again, the wireless and bluetooth would re-enable even though the switch was still turned off. When you turn the wireless switch off bluetooth and wifi are ment to stay disabled. I also had issues with the wireless button that controlls bluetooth and wifi. I also confirmed that BTTray.exe was running in the background however the bluetooth icon would never appear in the system tray. The laptop is running Vista Ultimate 32bit. The software for Bluetooth was installed, Bluetooth was enabled in the BIOS however in windows Bluetooth would not appear in device manager. 2ff7e9595c
